Ordering

Order with Baby Tales Loft is based on first come first serve basis, as most of our items are of limited quantity only. All price quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia(RM) and excluding delivery charges.

To place an order, simply just use our easy & friendly order form. Do remember to state clearly the order items information:

1) Item Code & Name
2) Colour
3) Size
4) Quantity

We will response to you via email to confirm on item availability & order details in soonest time.

Ready Stock

All ready stock items ordered will be reserved for up to 2 days upon order confirmation for payment process. If you are unable to complete payment within the time frame given due to unforeseen circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Pre-Order / Spree Items 
Pre-order items and spree batch will be listed from time to time, with the target closing time and estimate delivery date. 

These items are usually purchased and deliver from oversea merchant stores, upon your order confirmation with deposit or full payment.
In the event if item run out of stock, we will refund fully on any deposit or payment made. Though estimate delivery date is stated, please allow for potential delay due to shipment schedule and custom clearance. If you have specific concern on delivery date, please kindly contact us.

Payment

All transaction and payment of order with Baby Tales Loft is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Payment shall be made and is accepted via Cash deposit, ATM transfer or Online bank transfer to:

For international order, payment can be made via Paypal. Payment is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) based on conversion rate stated in Paypal plus 5% admin fees. Paypal account information will be advised upon order confirmation.
